Who we are and what this policy covers
Premium Connectivity provides internet service and operates premiumconnectivity.net. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal information when you visit our website, create an account, sign in with Google, use the customer portal, receive bills or contact support. It also covers the customer and connection records used by authorized staff to manage your internet service.
Premium Connectivity is responsible for the personal information used to operate these services. Google and other external services have their own privacy policies for information they process independently.
Information we collect
- Account and contact information: your name, email address, phone number, service address and account identifier, supplied by you or entered by authorized staff when arranging service.
- Service information: your package, PPPoE username, account status, router association and connection records such as session status, assigned IP address, session duration and last synchronization time, where available.
- Billing information: invoices, amounts due, payment amounts, payment method and reference, receipts and account ledger entries. Recording a payment does not require your bank login or card password.
- Support information: the name and phone number you enter, ticket subject, description, replies, status and related service details. Please do not include passwords or unnecessary sensitive information in a ticket.
- Technical and security information: authentication sessions, operational error information and audit records of relevant account, billing and administrative actions. Hosting and authentication services may process connection information, including IP addresses, to deliver and secure the website.
Google sign-in and Google user data
Google sign-in is optional; you can instead register with an email address and password. If you choose “Continue with Google,” Google asks you to authorize access to basic identity information. We receive your Google account identifier, name, email address and email verification information. Basic profile information returned by Google may also include your profile photo.
We use this information only to authenticate you, create or link your Premium Connectivity account, display your account identity and associate your account with your customer record using your email address. Google sign-in does not give us access to your Google password. We do not request access to Gmail messages, Google Drive files, contacts or calendars.
Google account information is handled by our authentication service to maintain your account and session. Authorized staff may access the contact details needed to manage your service, subject to their assigned role. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, transfer it to data brokers, or use it to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.
Premium Connectivity’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Passwords and connection credentials
Email-account passwords are processed by our authentication service; they are not displayed to staff. Our website never requests, stores or displays your PPPoE password. Router integration is read-only and retrieves connection information rather than changing router settings. Router credentials are kept outside the browser and are not shown in the customer portal.
How we use your information
- Provide and administer your internet subscription and customer account.
- Authenticate account access and show your own service, invoices, receipts and support tickets.
- Prepare monthly bills, record payments, reconcile balances and maintain accounting records.
- Investigate connection problems, respond to support requests and communicate about your service.
- Prevent unauthorized access, investigate misuse, maintain audit records and meet applicable legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information or share it with advertisers. We do not use Google account data for purposes unrelated to the account and service functions described above.
When information is shared
Information is available to authorized Premium Connectivity staff only as required by their role, such as customer support or billing. Customers can access only their own linked account records.
We use Lovable Cloud and its infrastructure providers to host the application, store service records and provide authentication. These service providers process information as needed to operate and secure the service. Google processes the sign-in interaction when you choose Google sign-in. Information may be processed outside Bangladesh depending on the providers’ infrastructure.
We may disclose information when legally required, to respond to a valid legal request, or where necessary to protect customers, prevent fraud or address security incidents. We do not provide unrelated third parties with your Google account data for their own marketing or advertising.
Cookies and browser storage
Our authentication service uses browser storage and, where needed, cookies to maintain your sign-in session. These allow the website to recognize your account and protect access to the customer portal. Signing out ends the active session on that browser. Clearing browser storage may sign you out and require you to sign in again.
External services linked from this website may use their own cookies or storage under their own policies.
How we protect information
We use authenticated account access, role-based restrictions and database access policies to limit access to customer records. Billing operations and administrative activity are controlled and audited. Router communication runs through a protected server-side connection rather than directly from your browser.
No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. Keep your sign-in credentials private, sign out on shared devices and contact us if you suspect unauthorized account access.
Data retention
We retain account and Google sign-in information while your account is active or needed to provide the service. Service records and support tickets are kept as needed to resolve issues and administer your subscription. Billing, payment and audit records may be retained after service ends where required for accounting, legal obligations, security or resolving disputes.
Retention depends on the purpose and applicable obligations; this policy does not promise a fixed deletion period for all records. When information is no longer needed, we remove it or anonymize it where feasible. Copies in provider backups may remain until those backups expire under the provider’s retention process.
Your choices, access and deletion requests
You can review your linked service and billing information in the customer portal and update the profile fields available there. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information—including Google sign-in information—or to request account closure, contact us using the details below or submit a support ticket. Include the email address associated with your account, but never send your password.
We may verify your identity before acting on a request to protect your information. We will explain any records we must retain and why. Deleting account information can remove access to the customer portal; it does not automatically cancel an internet subscription or erase outstanding bills.
You can also remove Premium Connectivity’s access from your Google account’s third-party connections. Revoking access prevents future Google authorization but does not automatically delete information already held by Premium Connectivity; contact us separately to request deletion.
Children’s privacy
The account and billing portal is intended for customers who can enter into an internet service agreement and for authorized staff, not for children to register independently. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate authorization, contact us so we can investigate and address it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services or data practices change. The latest version will be published at premiumconnectivity.net/privacy-policy with an updated date. Material changes will be communicated where required by applicable law.
